What's New?

We have a new property manager for Wynbrooke, his name is Randy Thomas, along with Randy we have April Adams as the Assistant Property Manager.  They work for Revel & Underwood, Inc. The e-mail address is association@revelu.com

We have had two meeting and are moving ahead in forming a Transition board for our neighborhood to help in forming a Community ran Home Owners Association.

Additional thoughts:

I have created this site in hopes that it will help our community stay up to date on news at Wynbrooke. I will be adding more and more information as available.

We can use this site to communicate on many levels.  Such as Neighborhood Crime Watch, Pool Issues, Grounds Issues. I thought that it might be a helpful tool to be used to advertise within the neighborhood for things such as childcare, home sales, child playgroups,  etc.

We can have a password protected page for this if needed.
